In 1998 a young man at the age of 12yrs looked on while his grandmother Elma Henry was going through the process in winemaking. Thereafter, he adopted her tradition at that tender age with a vision founded of what would become Trinidad and Tobago’s most celebrated winery, LLW (Luke Lashley Winery).
